We are a very new company, with only 2 employees that consist of me and my husband! My name Is Amanda, and I am the artist and owner here at Rydberg Crow's art. I chose the name Rydberg Crow because of my love for crow's and to show support to a family name.
Crows are relatable to me. Many people see them and think they are negative, bad omens, annoying, or even a nuisance. When in reality these corvids are extremely intelligent (some say they have the intelligence of an 8-year-old human!), loyal, and important birds! I relate to them on many aspects. I am often dismissed and also treated like I am annoying others, or some make assumptions about who I am versus getting to know me. I feel that a crow is a symbol of perseverance and strength and naming my business after them felt perfectly fitting.
